Itsy bitsy responded saying they have started using Express parcel service from Indian post. And if am not wrong, now the shipping cost starts from Rs.114. And that would work out better if you order quite a lot of stuff. And my personal opinion is that they can do a better job with the packaging.

Recently i came across many Online Shopping sites in India. Every site providing cash on delivery. Its really nice way to attract customers.
Thanks for leaving a word Anky. You are right, Cash on delivery does give a secured feeling.
On a different note, Itsy bitsy is a one of its kind(I believe) online service. They would be pushed to bring down/waive delivery cost when we see many competitors coming up.
